Most diets are not sustainable

So, you have tried every diet there is and in fact have failed at every diet there is.  Does that sound familiar to you?  It does to me, but I have not always struggled with my weight.  Only recently have I struggled with my weight because after my heart attack my doctor had me on sedentary restrictions and since then I have tried many diet plans some have worked very well but ultimately any weight loss seems to find a way to creep back.  The problem with most diets is that they are unsustainable.  That is why we need to make a lifestyle change that can be maintained for life.
